Cancellation / No-Show Policy:


When you book an appointment with us, that time is reserved specifically for you. We never double book and we aim to always be ready and on time for you when you arrive. In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with us, we require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $40.00. This fee applies to both members and non members.


*We realize that events out of your control do happen. In the case of emergencies (sudden illness, accident, child emergency etc) please notify your RMT and we will discuss what can be done.


Late Arrival Policy:


If you arrive to your appointment late, you will receive the remaining time allocated to your scheduled appointment and will be billed the full amount of the appointment duration you had reserved. 


Insurance Receipts:


A receipt will be given to you after each of your appointments at the time that payment is collected. The receipt will be given in the name of the person receiving the treatment. We cannot provide receipts that contain false or misleading information such as different names, dates or an incorrect service received.

Receipts for insurance will not be given for Gift Certificate purchases or redemptions, as claiming this as a health care expense is considered insurance fraud.


Membership Cancellation Policy:


You may not cancel membership within the first 3 months of signing up.

To avoid misuse of the membership program, we do require that you give us 60 days notice in writing of your intent to cancel membership. You will be billed twice in those following 60 days for the same membership rate as per usual, and these billings will count as your "cancellation fee". You can come in and receive treatment for those 2 months (no additional cost, the cancellation fee covers it), have a household family member use them or you can forfeit them. After that, your membership will be confirmed as cancelled.


Acceptable Behavior:


Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the massage therapist is never appropriate. Requests for sexual activity will not be tolerated, will be viewed as solicitation and reported to the proper authorities under the guidelines of the massage therapy policies and procedures. If this occurs, the therapist will end the session and the client will not be rescheduled, nor will they be refunded for the cancelled session.
